Fantastic Ski Getaway!
friendly staff comfortable bar convenient location
the staff was helpful and very friendly, always greeting with a smile. i found the bar very comfortable. the hotel's location directly on the slopes made accessing the lifts quick and easy (a great convenience!).
the crockery at breakfast needed quicker replacement sometimes.

Our beautiful double room had nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Everything felt very clean. the bathroom featured a nice shower unit and was equally well maintained. i found the separate wc particularly convenient.

the hotel offers ski rental services inside the building, it made everything easier. ski lockers are available for storing equipment, this kept the room clutter-free. the spa area was very clean and well-kept, it felt new.

the breakfast buffet included a great selection of breads and fresh fruit (the pain au chocolat were great!). dinner offered a mixed selection of food and various choices that suited many tastes. plenty of hot water available for drinks.

the reception staff was very helpful and assisted with all requests efficiently. bar service included cocktails, good wines and a friendly atmosphere. the staff made sure our first family snowboarding holidays was lovely.

quick access rental service wide selection
the location allows quick access to the main ski lifts. I found the ski rental service inside the hotel very convenient. The breakfast had a wide selection, suiting different tastes.

Acceptable stay, some issues present
slow breakfast service thin walls
The location was convenient. It was close to the ski slopes and restaurants.
The breakfast service was a bit chaotic. The staff was often slow to replenish food items and clean the tables (i almost gave up on finding a clean spoon). the walls seemed really thin. I could hear conversations from the next room.

small room limited menu
the location provided easy access to the slopes.
The room size proved smaller than anticipated. This impacted comfort. the promised mountain view was obstructed, and the lack of soundproofing allowed noise from neighboring rooms to be quite bothersome. i found the limited menu options repetitive, especially over multiple days.
